Because lenders are forced to use appraisal management companies as a result of HVCC, many of the national appraisal management companies are charging exorbitant fees.
At NOVA Home Loans we work exclusively with Accurate Appraisal Management Services (AAMS), an Arizona based company that works with local appraisers in each of the major municipalities. Their accredited and professional appraisers know the communities they are evaluating and consequently offer accurate appraisals. Additionally, nearly all of our loan programs allow us to order our appraisals from AAMS and because NOVA is the sole customer of AAMS, you can be assured that you will have quick turnaround times and reasonable appraisal fees.
