I recently received a home loan from your company and I just wanted to let you know about my experience. Katie Cooper was the individual assigned to help me and throughout the whole process she acted in a very professional manner and was very knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was that she responded to my voicemails & emails promptly which is very rare in this day and age. 
 
Before I chose Nova Home Loans to fund my mortgage, I spoke with two other mortgage brokers who offered to charge me lower fees, but because of my initial conversations with Katie, I decided it was worth it to pay a little more and work with her. I will be happy to refer family, friends, and business associates, in need of a mortgage, to Katie.

I wanted to pass on a note of gratitude and amazement for the loan process I recently went through.

As you are aware, for a number of reasons, we needed to get our loan application taken, underwritten and approved, in less than a week.

This, in my experience, is unheard of. I told my wife as much - that there is NO WAY to get a loan closed that quickly - especially on a holiday (Memorial Day) shortened week.

By a combination of diligence, great process, and MOST importantly GREAT PEOPLE - your team was able to get the loan approved and funded in record time.

I especially wanted to point out the exceptional work provided by Shannon Williams. She was efficient, great follow-up, and kept me informed of my responsibilities, risks, and expectations as the loan was progressing. She is a phenomenal asset to your organization.
