This is done by deleting the account from within your administration section, or sending an e-mail to your NOVA Home Loans Account Executive contact, indicating that you want to terminate your account. NOVA Home Loans will then terminate your account and password.
In addition, NOVA Home Loans, at its sole discretion, may change or discontinue your account with or without notice to you, without liability to you or any third party. NOVA Home Loans may deactivate a FSBO account if any of the data provided by the Applicant or any affiliated representative contains false or misleading information, or the applicant conceals or omits any information that NOVA Home Loans would likely consider material to its decision to approve and continue your participation.
NOVA Home Loansalso may terminate your account for any violation of the letter or spirit of this Agreement, or if NOVA Home Loans learns that you have provided NOVA Home Loans with false or misleading information.
Termination will prevent you from using any password protected services at our Web site. You agree that upon termination NOVA Home Loans has no obligation to maintain or provide you with any content in your account.
NOVA Home Loans reserves the right to interrupt, change or discontinue service of their Web site, temporarily or permanent; and you agree not to hold NOVA Home Loans liable for these service changes.
